Great Books and the Global War on Terror. Speaker: Dr. Philip Lisagor, 'Great Books and the Global War on Terror.' Dr. Philip Lisagor, a long-time resident of Squaw Valley and Verdi, Nev., is a thoracic surgeon who was Chief of Surgery at the Jersey City Medical Center on September 11, 2001, the second busiest hospital in the country on that day.
