La Habra Corn Festival ~ 8-1-2010 La Habra Corn Festival ~ The festival includes a fall parade and two day carnival at El Centro Park. The Corn Festival Parade is open to most any group that wants to participate. Applications may be obtained at the La Habra Chamber of Commerce or from Pageantry Productions in South Gate.
